  • New scenario module to read, write, explore and manipulate CTSimU scenarios and create reconstruction configurations directly.
  • New Toolbox commands:
    • Reconstruction configurations directly from metadata files.
    • Scenario standardization: updates scenario files to the latest version supported by the toolbox.
    • Recursive post-processing: runs flat-field correction, writes reconstruction configs and standardizes scenario files in all subfolders of a given directory.
