Refactored - oauth only

All deprecated functionality were removed. Only oauth functions remain.

Bug fix. Freeze version for macOS and Ubuntu bundle build

The only change is in sending proper response when workflow results are received from CWL-Airflow. Otherwise CWL-Airflow will retry to resend them periodically.

Should be used for CWL-Airflow 1.2.10
