A Clojure library that provides two level caching to core.memoize then redis on cache miss
Expire is in seconds if no value passed it defaults to 1 hour, passing -1 expiry disables ttl passing 0 means the redis side is not used as redis does not support ttl 0
By default the redis key will the fully qualified function name followed by args

You can pass an optional prefix if you need to disambiguate
