Dual Boot Instructions for Mac and Ubuntu (Tested with rmbp 11,1 and 16.04)

Notes: setting up the boot loader didn't entirely work... Possibly Human error. What happens is your Mac with default and boot into the Grub Bootloader and you can only boot into Ubuntu, but if you boot up holding the option key down it will go into the mac boot loader and you can select if you want the mac drive or ubuntu.
