Edit: This was initial rejected, and shouldn't have had overly simplifying references like 'be excellent'. Thats gone now as it should be. If the other parts of this were useful this was kept open.
The new diff is stripped back to being 'Just the facts', referring to 'meetups' instead of only 'conferences'... the new Australian law reference, and new line for clarity around consequences.
Open to feedback and review - if this is useful, our CoC leaders can accept. Otherwise please close and feel no remorse.
