To install the Block Hash Blacklist Python pluigin into Autopsy, copy the block_hash_blacklist directory to Autopsy's Python Plugin folder. To open this folder on your system, select Tools | Python Plugins in Autopsy's menu. The path should be under your home directory under AppData\Roaming\autopsy\python_modules\.
