Added creation of AABB primitve attribute buffers and calculated the transform matricies for Local to BLAS and BLAS to local space.
InitAsConstant was incorrectly sized for the geometry type, so when Creating the root signature it was invalid
TLAS was missing an instance descriptor.
Might be digging my own grave

UPDATE: Final Submission.
All requirements done. No extra credit.
This project was mostly just learning the complicated DXR API. Compared to the CUDA project, this was much more mundane and "by the book". For those who want to work with DXR it is a great introduction.
