Consensus spectra file contains always the same spectrum

Hey,

I used mscrush to cluster various mgf files, Then I filtered the results file based on my criteria and used this to generate consensus spectra. However my consensus spectra files contain always the same spectrum:

My input file for the consensus spectrum generation looks like this:

So the number of consensus spectra is the same and it seems like the structure is correctly recognized, but it yields me always the same consensus spectra. Can anyone help me?
