Bug Description

NeoForge 1.21.1
I am experiencing very slow chunk rendering. At times it's completely failing to load chunks. My FPS is 650 GPU 35% MEM 30%. I have been testing this for about a week and made sure all my drivers are updated. I also cleaned up any old files, etc. I tested without the mod and even though my FPS was a bit lower, I didn't have any issues with chunk loading. I have never had an issue with Sodium in the past or chunks not loading.

I am currently creating a modpack:
List of mods that I had installed at the time of testing.
ChoiceTheorem's Overhauled Villages
Waystones
Oh The Biomes We've Gone
Dungeons and Taverns
Living Things

Reproduction Steps

I simply installed the mod for NeoForge 1.21.1. I added the mods listed above. Then I simply explored the world. Settings Used: Render Distance 12, Simulation Distance 6. All other settings are left default

Could you send a screenshot of the debug screen with F3+2 opened when this happens?
