Add additional input to
initialize_floe_field(with Voronoi) that allows the floes to be created within an area smaller than the domain. All floes will still be within the domain and if you use the grid of different concentrations, that will still be a gridded region formed using the extents of the newfloe_boundsargument. By default, this argument is just the edges of the domain.
