Since we want an offline capable PDF documentation with CI quality maintenances, we should develop a new srcBOOK/ pipeline for it. Hence, let's re-use libreoffice and implementations from srcRESEARCH/ directory. This patch creates srcBOOK/ for PDF document creation in root repository.
