root: releasing v2.0.0

This patch releases version v2.0.0 with the following changes:

1. Added artifical intelligence training dataset usage clauses.
2. Added Sensitive Data warranty and liability coverage.
3. Added global vendors (e.g. datacenter) Sensitive Data limitation of
   liability.
4. Added force manjure limitation of liability.
5. Added global vendors (e.g. datacenter) Sensitive Data limitation of
   liability.
6. Added judiciary minimal damage values limitation of liability.
7. Corrected grammar and typo.
