Describe the bug

On items that doesn't have thrown_damage defined, only the bash damage of the melee_damage is applied.

Steps to reproduce

Throw some spear shafts and knife spears at a debug monster and compare damage done.

Expected behavior

Expect the spear shaft to get more effective as a throwing weapon when you attach a spear tip, not less.

E.g. The knife spear weapon is a spear shaft with a knife attached, but does less damage than a spear.
