can not disassemble 30-06 JSP

Steps to reproduce

1. make a character
2. spawn 30-06 JSP round
3. open the inventory and E on the bullet
   4.see there is no disassembly recipe

Expected behavior

I expected that I would be able to disassemble 30-06 JSP as I can disassemble any other type of 30-06
