Description

The provided document outlines the deployment possibilities we have with Expo and the process I'd propose to use for continuously deploying our changes to production. The document ends with a few next steps, that we can start to work on when this PR has been completed.

So looking a this document it is really very good. I wonder if we could build on top of this and add some sections to say how to do an actual EAS build with screenshots and also a manual build for the IOS side of things detailing how to use transporter etc so we have a process well documented?

Yeah, having some kind of instruction on how to do the eas build / uploading it could be great.
