Pagefind's core default ranking should be improved, as in some cases it performs badly, and in some cases it is not intuitive.

Some great investigation on this topic can be seen here: withastro/starlight#2728 (as well as in other issues and pull requests across Github).

The work should involve building more observability/tooling around Pagefind's ranking, ideally providing a playground that can be used to experiment with the effects of ranking settings. With that in place, we'll be better placed to make any changes to that ranking for the better.

The final piece will be to improve ranking on things like titles, beyond the current weighting system. This should solve some majority of cases, with the core ranking improvements handling the long tail.
