When baking a page, Pretzel should go through the following steps

• Build a list of files and their type ("article", "blog post", "static resource")
• Process Metadata
  • Extract metadata from filenames (date, name, permalink name)
  • Extract metadata from YAML Front Matter/Header
• Build/Cache Templates
  • Examining the metadata from each post, each template can be combined/cached (not actually processed though). ie, MyPost.md might have layout: post, and the post layout might have layout:master in the top. This template should be 'combined' then cached for all the pages using layout:post
