GitHub has finally removed Node16 support. All actions must run on Node20. OL7 GLIBC is too old to run Node20. Since this will be always failing it is time to remove it.

@Xeicker just an FYI. Since OL7 is going EOL at the end of year hopefully this isn't too disruptive. |
