feat: support interval array dimensions (#487)
* Support arrays with inteval dimensions Arrays can be declared with both a minimum and maximum element e.g. `[1:20]`. This adds support for this declaration form. This also updates the MMIO example by adding missing constants, such that it now compiles. This further enables the mmio trace tests.
