Device configuration for the HTC Kovsky

This is the initial version. There are some TODO items
1. Fix XDANDROID libraries makefiles
2. add XDANDROID libraries to manifest as opposed to copying locally
3. add prebuilt kernel and
4. add recovery
5. upload patches for other parts (i.e., nl80211)
6. integrate to CM7
