Keylunacy, Randomized Starting Island, and Do not Generate Spoiler log have been disabled as options.
Randomized Entrances currently do not work.

Supported Locations are anything where you interact with a chest (Chests, Salvaging)

USE THE LATEST DEVELOPMENT VERSION OF DOLPHIN. Some of the older ones crash.
