Recivery is below, thanks to TechPanelGM.
THIS BUILD IS ONLY FOR XIAOMI MI 10 (codename: UMI)

Instructions
(not for newbies)
(you will lose every ounce of data in your phone)
(at your own risk)

  1. Make sure your Xiaomi firmware is HyperOS and phone is unlocked.
  2. Have USB debugging enabled and phone connected to PC.
  3. On command line: adb reboot bootloader
  4. Once you see FASTBOOT in orange on phone, extract the recovery.img file from the PBRP zip attached in this message, somewhere on your PC, open the command line in that location, then type: fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
  5. Once that shows that it has been completed type: fastboot reboot recovery
  6. In recovery go to WIPE then do FORMAT DATA. It will delete everything you have on your phone, including FBE Encryption.
  7. Then go back to home page on recovery, and open the internal storage of the phone on your PC(you see it as long as your phone is connected with cable)
  8. Download the build i linked above, COPY it in the internal storage, WAIT UNTIL COPYING IS FINISHED. And then on your phone go to the INSTALL section of the recovery. There find your file and press on it and flash it.
  9. Once everything is done, press on the
    image
    and Power Off the phone. Then turn it on again and enjoy.

Let me know if you encounter bugs, also use Franco Kernel from play store to keep an eye of battery consumption.
