1 - Team Lead

Provides guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to a group of individuals (the team) for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results

Deployment with Tech Lead
Talking with the Professor/TA

2 - Technical Lead

Responsible for the overall planning, execution and success of complex software solutions to meet customer's needs.

Deployment with Team Lead
If developers have technical issues or questions will consult tech lead.

3 - Front End Developer

Development of the front end of the application
Completing issues, and reviewing PR's of Front End related issues

4 - Back End Developer

Development of the back end of the application
Completing issues, and reviewing PR's of Back End related issues

5 - QA/General Developer

Development of smaller issues either to back end or front end of the application
Completing issues, and reviewing PR's of issues
Completing the QA Tests for tickets
Finding bugs and reporting them to team lead or technical lead
