The bvals and bvecs for every manufacturer are now included in this repository.

Update dcm2bids config file with new SeriesDescription values

Update dcm2bids config file for new SeriesDescription values and add Singularity for bids_validator so that it can easily be run on clusters that prohibit Docker.

Year 2 Release

This version enables users to download and setup anatomical, functional, and DWI data from year 1 and now year 2 as well.

Adopting NDA's new QC instrument

The NDA's new QC instrument, abcd_fastqc01, has been released and is usable. We have updated this repository to accommodate the available spreadsheet rather than the internal spreadsheet for QC.
