Working on adding a few R-specific resources to various places in the competencies page including:

  • The rOpenSci package guide
  • Hadley Wickham's R Packages book
  • rOpenSci organization (does R package code review, manages maintenance of a collection of R packages)
  • r-universe (a place to publish R packages besides CRAN or Bioconductor)

Not entirely sure yet which skills each of these belong to.

Ok, I've added some R specific resources and taken my best guess as to which categories they should be in. Feel free to suggest or edit these categories since you know more about what they should mean.

Thank you for adding rOpenSci and R-universe!

Although they point to different pages in the same domain/organization, I think this is fine.

The skill codes should also be fine.
