Feedback for Enable and Set Up IIS

• Windows Feature list looks like being outdated, there is a new structure in IIS 8 or 10.
• Following security best practices, we shouldn't suggest using "Network Service" as .Net Account.
  Users should either use AppPool Identity or an individual machine/AD account (often used by Control Panels).
• It would be helpful to provide a brief description, what an app pool is, and its identity. I'd also warn not to increase number of worker processes in AppPool Settings.
