Description

Adds the initial files and some functionality for the EIS stitch app. The app takes in a series of EIS images and stitches them together into a unified format with a single camera and a unified time table. Currently, the app just makes the time table.

How Has This Been Validated?

Validated locally with a ctx image that was cut up to act like a series of EIS cubes.
