Public Release of ALE version 0.8.6

Changes since 0.8.5:

  • Updated to use new scipy 1.4+ rotation interface
  • Fixed an issue where orientations without angular velocity could cause seg faults
  • Added a driver to generate ISDs from ISIS Cube files with attached SPICE data for LRONAC
  • Fixed a bug in load that require continuously re-parsing labels. Should significantly speed up load calls.
