After repeatedly trying to get SAPIEN's embedded PowerShell assemblies to work, they do not seem to support EXEs that utilize both CLI and GUI interaction so I resorted to removing them for the foreseeable future. I also reimplemented switch support as SAPIEN's documentation that they are not supported seems to be old info, misinformed, or affected by some other factor I'm not aware of but for now it seems to work.

v1.2.12 Release

Resolved some packaging and installer issues, fixed space freed message when no space is able to be freed

Also made the ZIP/MSI files smaller when I "really" cleaned up the build folder. Apparently SAPIEN Script Packager is not actually deleting files right now when you ask it to do that.

Embedded files to avoid PowerShell version check, add path list retrieval from URL, improve folder size calculation and deletion functions, enhance user interaction for selecting paths to delete.
