This is a bump release to work with Deno v1.4.0 and [email protected] as it is a breaking release.

Changes

• unexport StyleTypes and ColorTypes as they were redundant.
• README.md is updated with more info and examples.
• CI now uses ^1.3.2 for more easy and flexible testing.
• Warning ⚠️ added for terminals having custom themes.
