Re-factored how the
DevCycleProvideris setup, moved it to thejs-cloud-serverSDK so it works with theDevCycleCloudClient. Setup a commonDevCycleCommonClientinterface that is implemented by theDevCycleClientandDevCycleCloudClientfor theDevCycleProviderto use.
