We maintain an installation of repeatmasker for all users on our cluster. In it, I've included Dfam partition 0 and the old RepBase RepeatMasker edition from 2018.

We now have a user who wants to run repeatmasker with a species that's covered by partition 1. Since this seems specific to a single user, I'm reluctant to build it into the central installation's library because of its size and the low demand. Is there a way to use partition 1 as a custom library with -lib? Either directly or after extracting from it the data related to the target species that the user wants?
