And with that out of the way,Let's get into it!Scratch is a thriving community making and working on projects.So for a start hit "Join scratch".From there you will just need to follow the steps I tell you.

Join Scratch

Remember, if i put a circle or a star you need it to create scratch account. First,click "Join Scratch".

• Next,in the text bubble insert [your username]. ###

• Now insert your password.(Don't tell me or anybody!)

• Do it again,except in the confirm box for your password.(Again,don't tell me or anybody!)

Go to this link and do what I told you to do. Link: Join Scratch

• When it asks for your country put in it [Don't tell anybody!]

• Then when it asks for your month and year put in it [Don't tell anybody!]

When it asks for your gender you can put in female or male or different gender or prefer not to say.

* Email

When you get to the Email part of Join scratch,add your gmail like this: [account]@gmail.com (Don't tell me or anyone!!)

Go to gmail(Gmail) then check your inbox. If you don't see it resend the email from scratch. Make sure you made a account. If you see it scroll down to check the "Verify Email." If it doesn't work resend. If it works then Check scratch you should be able to comment,share,love,and Fav.

Commenting and Sharing, Love and Faving.

You probably know this though but Faving (on scratch) means favoriting.

Commenting

So now you can comment! Look for some projects and comment on them (No cursing (scratch doesn't allow) (No Private part things (You could get reported)

Sharing.

Now when you share. Everybody can see it. You can unshare when you go to the Mail that has a yellow S on in. Its called my stuff. And you can unshare. You can make Animations,Games,Storys,And others. Don't curse, Don't add Private parts. None of the things DOESN'T Scratch allow ( go to Community guidelines).

Loving

Now when you love a project. It probably means you like the project alot.

Faving

Now you you fav a project. You like the project so much.

Following

You can follow anyone you want even if you are a scratcher, New Scratcher,New Scratcher that can share and comment, And scratch team rank. Just go to someone's profile and look at the top right. You should see a button that says Follow. And click it.

Followers.

Now this is given to every user on scratch. Scroll down some on and person's profile and you click "View all" Due to IP Banned I can't show it with an link. Until April 2021 I will be able to show it. (I think it will happen) Lemme put a example link here https://scratch.mit.edu/[user]/followers/ for example, My account

When you get a follow (not talking about fame)

Now when you get a follow on scratch, You get some fame. those people/person will not get a message from your message that whatever you do (on scratch).

Commenting

When you comment on someone's profile/studio/project, They get a message. If the comment is bad. They could report it. The Scratch Team will check the report. And if the comment is bad, You will get a warning on scratch. You could give feedback though!

Report

When you report someone. It should be necessary and reasonable to report the comment/forum post/studio post, The Scratch Team will check the post.

False Reporting

When you false report. You could get banned or blocked. Its not good to be false reporting, False reporting is when you report for no reason. This person 0014049 Has been banned because of false reporting/mass reporting

Mass Reporting

When you Mass Report. Many people report a project but there was no reason to report the project. They don't appreciate a person's time to run a project.

Forums

You discuss things about scratch.

Profiles.

When you go on someone's profile, You can follow them! Above Check their followers. Check all their projects. Check all their favs. (but not loves) Check the studios the they curate. Check the studios they follow. Check the people they follow And the last the people who comment on their profile.

Mail' and messages

Now that i told you the click on that link. I will have to explain everything. So when you get a follow... Check on your icon on the top right. Scroll down, If you see following don't click "View all" If you see followers Click "View all" and then you will see your followers go up. But be careful! You can LOSE your followers because can unfollow you!

Love and fav

So when someone loves and favorites your project. They like it. I go around viewing over 200 projects.
