Code cleanup and changed Chemical Cards base change value in the changeAmount method to 100 instead of 1 to make the cards easier to configure (like Energy Cards)
Resolve some null level crash scenarios, resolve crash if you place an ItemStack greater than 99 into a card in a node, resolve ordering of conditionals crash on LaserNodeBE and fix Patchouli book recipe
Added back the Serializer to the CardClearRecipe class that was removed by mistake
