New jar for Dumo!

Now:

• Including external jar's
• Main correctly referred
• Settings correctly included

It actually runs!

Edit the settings inside the jar at \werewolf.ini for server, channel, botname and name-password.

Jar for dumo!

Add pircbot.jar to a subfolder called wolf_lib. see http://www.jibble.org/pircbot.php
