MD5 Hash Conflicts

DukeDS allows recording multiple file hashes for each file. After downloading a file DukeDSClient verifies these hashes. DukeDSClient only requires one valid file hash per file. If a file has both an invalid file hash and a valid file hash DukeDSClient will display the WARNING for the status for that file.

Having multiple file hashes is not typical for files uploaded via DukeDSClient. You may see this WARNING for large files previously uploaded via the DukeDS website due to a bug that has been fixed.
