Chart Editor
One massive overhaul made to the engine is the Chart Editor. The Chart Editor is almost fully customizable with its colors, and saveable with presets!

All you have to do is change the RGB values specified in the boxes, then click the Change Colors button right next to the boxes.
After you've set those values, type in a new preset name in the box then click the button to the right to save it!
To load your presets, simply select one of the presets from the Load Preset drop-down.
