- Lara and Pedro have been setting up the bot for builds on local systems
- Pedro: bot does respond and build things, not deploying yet. Instructions are clear
- Thomas: Issue with running with PyGithub was that newer versions require Python 3.7+ while some OSes still have 3.6 as the default. This is resolved, and the related PR is ready to merge.

- need to be aware of potential slow down of the ingestion

- Yes, though there is no registration form for the CVMFS tutorial yet.
- Next meeting will be on December 7th

- We'll have the content anyway, the deadline for tutorials is 8th of December (same week as the tutorials!)
