Update to latest git-fleximod version

(aux_clm on derecho for intel/gnu and izumi for intel/gnu/nag/nvhpc is the standard for tags on master)

I was working on rebasing this to b4b-dev, and it's going to be easier to just redo this one starting from b4b-dev. So will close this one after I get that one up.

OK, closing as #2639 to b4b-dev replaces this.
