Beta v123.0.2-3 x64 WebRender fix

Haven't tested on XP/Vista (extended kernel) nor have I stability tested.

Let me know what bugs or issues you encounter with it.

Works on Windows 7+ natively with Aero. WebRender should be fixed. I haven't thoroughly tested it, but it worked on test machine.
