Improved "Silence call", now the option should work even if "Disallow call" is off, but its behavior is slightly different: the calls go through but remain silent and only if all conditions are met the phone rings. Improved the repeated calls counting logic: now it just counts all ignored calls from a specific number, no matter the reason for no response (blocked, missed or rejected).
