[#944] Adopt SDK version 2.0.0 with SbS included

• Closes Adopt SDK version with SbS included #944
• Adopted SDK version 2.0.0 at the end.
• UI changes are not part of this PR. They will be made as part of the upcoming Zashi redesign.
