When launching the GUI, you can specify options on the command line.
Name | Description |

--help | Print a list of available arguments |
--jar <path> | Jar file to open at startup |
--mappings <path> | Mappings directory to open at startup |
--profile <path> | Profile json to apply at startup |
--single-class-tree | Unify the deobfuscated and obfuscated class panels |
By default, everything is editable.
