TShock v4.3.26.1 for Terraria Mobile v.1.3.0.7.7

Fixed most of the critical bugs, some obscure ones (check issue tab) still need squashing but it should be fine for now as beta software.

Feel free to report any bugs I missed or do a pull request if you're good at solving problems.
