Extract the .zip file and simply run the executable. Normally you don't need to download any additional applications.

The changes compared to the last version are the addition of Windows 11 support (while keeping compatibility with Windows 10) and the fix for the Windows Forms interface layout on the latest versions of Visual Studio 2022.

The executable is only available for Windows 10/11 64 bits (also ARM).
