v0.97

Removes the Usher Institute branding from the Beamer theme and has fixes for #2, #3, and #5. This includes a complete overhaul of the documentation and bundled examples, which now compile without warnings and are chktex complaint.

The edmaths report style file by @tkoeppe that this repository builds on was tagged v0.96. The Usher Institute beamer files came with no versioning, however this repository builds on 3acfa5e from @bencwbrown's fork. This release/tag references both those original version.
