A puppet menu to go up & down as an alternative to angle the collider while walking.

A toggle to free fall without disabling the chair behind or looking straight up or down on pc.
Removed the box collider for the fly and use the one created by the SDK station instead. That way Quest user can now fly as well.
The default pose when you open the radial is now the same as the locomotion idle for crouch and prone. Standing is the same floating pose but can be change.

- You can change Stand/ Crouch/ Prone idle in-game.
- Icons have black outline.
- Locomotion can go right away to idle thanks to the new parameter VelocityMagnitude. This give tracking right always for FBT users when the joystick is at rest.
- Jump animations are randomly mirror, bunny hopping still alternate.
