Upgrade recipes multimedia and imx-lib to BSP LF6.6.36_2.1.0 #2002

Related-to: #1953

Needs #2001 in order to build imx-gst1.0-plugin without errors.

Upgrade the following recipes to the new NXP BSP LF6.6.36_2.1.0:

- gstreamer1.0
- gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad
- gstreamer1.0-plugins-base
- gstreamer1.0-plugins-good
- imx-gst1.0-plugin

In addition, remove patch for imx-gst1.0-plugin since it is not needed
anymore (see [1]).

@thochstein are you the author of the patch I am removing from imx-gst1.0-plugin? If so, can you confirm this is indeed not needed anymore? From my understanding this should be removed now.
