updates to ansible 2 #20

When i found this it didn't work at all with ansible 2.X.

Comprehensive list of updates:

bumped ubuntu to 16.04 LTS
updated ansible commands and variable usage to 2.X versions
changed nginx submodule to an actively maintained one
updated nginx_sites to support new submodule
updated composer usage to be more inline with installer recommendations
updated precona module to correctly install
updated redis module to install from default apt repo, not PPA
upgraded to php 7.1

of the above changes, arguably updating to ubuntu 16.04 and php 7.1 are the two that can be done without, but i figured it wouldn't hurt.

(oh, and i updated the readme to include myself as a contributor 😉 )
