WIP Collapse multiple endpoint flaps into one

When endpoint has more than one flap, initially it will be collapsed and shows its current status

When you click it, it expands and show all flap related to the endpoint

There is definitely room for improvement, but we currently ride on DaisyUI's collapse component but we're reaching the limits of what it could do. Next step would be to implement the collapse ourselves

Before continuing on this, we need to validate that it's what the NOC wants because the work to do this properly is non-trivial
